Bottle from Øltanken Aabyhøj @ Idealazise. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light spice, cinnamon, vanilla, light bourbon. Flavor is light sweet, roast malt, caramel, coffee, spice, cinnamon, vanilla, bourbon. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, light sweet with warming alcohol. 140725

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a tiny brown head. Aroma has plenty of cinnamon and coffee upfront, with gentle bourbon barrels, and subtle vanilla. Flavour has big coffee notes, with gentle cinnamon, bourbon barrels, and subtle vanilla. Lots of coffee and cinnamon in good cohesion. Excellent.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A very dark brown beer, no head. Aroma of intense bourbon, vanilla, sweet dark malt. Taste of massive bourbon, vanilla, coffee beans, sweet dark malt. Lovely.
