Bottle. Dark golden, fine carbonation, eggshell lace. Good spicy, grainy malt base, full-to-medium bodied, mellow mouthfeel with ine sparkles. Dry frassy finish, herbal aromatics, honeyish aftertaste. Nice.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, light-amber colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready malty aroma with a tinge of caramel and dough, accompanied by a touch of grassy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Dry cara-malt character with delicately bready notes and a good dash of grassy and herbal hops; dry and hop bitter finish with a rounded and delicately sweet malty touch. Solid. 16.V.13

Bouteille:Deep golden, clear, visible carbonation, quite quickly collapsing loose white head, unmalted barley and pale malt in the aroma, some strawy hops act in the background; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied and not soft; short dryish bitter-strawy finish with a very low amount of pale malt as a counterpart. Yawn, a pretty faceless Bier…
