Bright red, thin head...has beets. On the nose, light brett, and a touch of beet. On the palate there’s a ton of beet, mellow bitterness, but still a dry finish, not much in the way. Neat brew.

On tap at As Is. Pours deep blood red. Pepper, bread, citrus, herbal, lots of beets, a real earthy beetroot thing, and not in a bad way. Medium body. Nice.

Keg at Kings Arms. It pours lightly hazy pinkish with a thick white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, spice, bread and hay. The taste is dry, earthy, pretty savoury, wood, bready, hay, soft fruity vibe and spice with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. A novelty, but not sure I would scoop a lot of this.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a cloudy bright ruby reddish pink with a small pinkish white head. Aroma brings out loads of the beets upfront, with subdued spice from the coriander. Flavour is like drinking dry beet juice, followed by a touch of coriander and dry wheat. The beet becomes more and more prominent with every sip. Fun beer.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 3. Pours clearish pink with a fluffy, white head. Tasty, with some simple and sugary wheat. A little musty. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, with more wheat, a little yeast, dough. Fairly one-dimensional, but enjoyable.

Growler pours with a dark pink to cherry juice colored body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up banana, some hay, a woody sort of sensation and then floral, hibiscus and sugar sweetness at the end of the draw. The taste begins with a mild malt sweetness heading very quickly into tartness and some spicy to woody notes. Toward the finish a bit of banana, berry like fruitiness and floral hops join in to round this off.
