Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Firstly terrible name for a beer. Pinky orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is honeysuckle, floral notes and light wit beer yeast character. Flavour is yeasty wit yeast, honey malts, and floral honeysuckle, slight fruit. Palate is a bit thin and watery, but refreshing nonetheless. Lingering hint to tart fruit and touch of sharpness.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Arizona Wilderness Wet Beaver Wit ].Unclear light to medium pink orange color with a small to average, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, yeast, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, roses. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, roses, perfume, spicy - yeast, saison alike. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140503]

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. What a couple of nice guys the brewers here are! In the glass this is a cloudy kinda pinkish thin peach colored one and it has a big foamy head when it came out of the tap. Really annoying the sweetish nose here. Deep fruity lots of wheat sweetness going on. Some herbal nuances. It has a surprising thick almost oily feeling in the mouth and it's not to much bubbles left here. Sweetish flavors. Not as pleasant as the aroma really. A earthy or even chalky perhaps. Sweetness from yellow beets and wheat. It has a aftertaste that I'm having problems describing. Not spiced but not far off either. Interesting in almost every way this. 03.05.2014

CBC Session 3. Brewed with Arizona grown Cascade says the guy behind the bar, yeah right! Hazy pink - amber beer. Small pale peach coloured head. Palate is light, crisp and dry. Dry floralness, litfle light generic fruits. Touch of candy fruits. Light crispy dry finish. Not bad.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Cloudy orange. Wheaty aroma with coriander and citrus peels. Wheaty flavor, spicy, a bit citric and slightly tart. Medium-bodied.

Draught, pour into a small festival glass at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, session no. 3. Pale reddish body colour. Creamy white head, some of it remaining. Spiced fruit aroma with wheat. Flavour of mild tart fruits with coriander and wheat, and it is possible to detect the red beet part. Tart and dry on the swallow. Easy going, but refreshing and quite nice. (Copenhagen 03.05.2014).
