Can from Busch's. Pours a clear gold with a full finger of off-white foam. Great lacing down the glass. Grassy aromas with some light lemon zest and orange notes. Good carbonation, more malt than expected for the 3.5% abv. Light malt sweetness mid-palate and finishes with a dry scratchy carobnation note. Enjoyable session IPA that tastes like a beer and not a watery mess at 3.5% abv.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, dark orangey, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Zesty, citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, hints of blood orange, tangerine, rather neutral malty background. Taste is initially bitter and citrusy hoppy, notes of grapefruit, hints of blood orange, orange zest, weak, minimally sweet pale malty basis; later more and more chalky, leading to a bitter, chalky, medicamentous finish. Light and quite watery throughout.

bottle - Hazy gold pour, aroma is of citrus and earthy hops. The flavor is moderately bitter with caramel malt and citrus and earthy notes again. It's alright, a fairly average brew.

Bottles poured to pint glasses. This is a terrific session IPA with characteristics that masquerade as a higher ABV beer. Nicely balanced citrus and bitterness. Finishes well without weakness of some session beers.
