Saving our best till last? As we approach the end of 2024 it's time to unleash one of our punchiest DIPAs to date.
Back in 2022 we brewed Binary Star System with the incredible Pinnora Brewing. Now we're back with an amplified version, building on the Mosaic and Strata combo with the addition of Citra and Nectaron (including Nectaron cryo, a first for us). The result is an outrageously soupy hop monster. Get in there now and fill your Christmas stockings!

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 16/02/25.
Murky deep orange topped with a lasting frothy just off white head.
Nose is ripe tropicana, light hop spice, grapefruit, pine nip, dank chimes, stone fruit.
Taste comprises grapefruit zest, stone fruit, pine resin, dank spike, papaya, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid DIPA.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy and creamy sweet pale malts. Hop spice starts to bite as soon as you can taste the cooling pine. Savoury skunk and bright citrus. Mosaic a little lost in here it seems. Light and semi dry finish leaves a hop spicy linger. Good well rounded dipa.

Can from the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Cloudy orange pour with a white head. Full on juicy fruity nose, oodles of mango, papaya, pineapple, peach, grapefruit touch of coconut. Rich mix of sweet & bitter juicy fruits in the taste, lingers on the palate somewhat. Subtle hoppy aftertaste. Ticks all me dipper boxes.
