What You’ll Love About It
We like to call it a taste of terroir - a beer made up of ingredients found close to home. In fact, if you took the same recipe and made it in another city with ingredients close to there, it would likely taste very different. It's the spirit of the original Pilsner.
How It's Made
This 100% Ontario-made, farm-to-glass beer is brewed using malt from Mississippi Mills Malting Co in Pakenham, hops from Tavistock Hops in Perth, and our own house lager yeast.

A lightly hazed golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light cereals, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hops, cereals, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Kingston location.

Clear golden pour, lovely cereals on the nose, with some grassy hops. Crisp mouth feel, lovely carb, medium to high bitter. Crisp and clean, great cereals. Lovely lager

Flight at brewery. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma perfumey, like springtime pollen. Flavoue is grassy and floral, some grainy malts. Not sure I've had a Pilsner with this flavour profile but I really like it.
