Cowdog’s first (of many) cask beers. Named after the CPP's (Chief Puppo Petter) Grandfather. "Pat" Patterson who served in Korea as a tanker. After the war he would always ask for the "Best Bitter" everywhere he would go. We decided to make the Best-Best Bitter.

Cask pour at brewery. Pours clear golden brown. Aroma has sugary malts. Flavour has light brown sugar, brown bread. Very light carbonation. Simple, but drinkable.
