7 Fjell Svartediket Black IPA er et mørkt øl, fullt av humle med aromaer av sitrus og tropisk frukt. En dose brent malt tilfører en karakter av kaffe og bitter sjokolade, og den tørre avslutningen gir ølet et komplekst, men forfriskende preg. Ølet er upasteurisert og ufiltrert, og bør serveres ved 7-9 grader i egnet glass.

19/1/2019. Bottle from BEER:shop, St. Albans shared at the second Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours very dark brown with a small off-white to beige head. Aroma of hops, roasted malt, fruit, chocolate and burnt caramel. Moderate sweetness with medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Bitter, chocolate finish.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di pane nero, caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è molto elevata ed elegante. Il modo in cui permane è pregevole. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è bassa. Il liquido è di Il piano sottostante è di consistenza. Poche bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è decisamente amaro. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è molto piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato fondente, liquirizia, frutta secca e luppolo.

330ml bottle. Pours almost black, with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, tropical fruit. Hops come through much more in the taste, tropical and citrus, grapefruit, mango, roasted malts, dark chocolate and coffee more subdued, bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very nice

Bottle in Oslo, 15th February 18. Good to track this down. Pours off black, White bubbly head. Aroma is roasty, some hops. Taste is thin, cola, roasty, malt, bitter, nice, could do with more hops though.

Bottle shared on Level 42. 2018 kick off session. 05/01/2018. Thanks to Kenny for this one. A hazed nut brown coloured pour with a lasting loose creamy light tan head. Aroma is some solvent, creamy brown malts, light pine, hint of vanilla. Flavour is composed of raw nutty malts, vanilla, bark, pine. Paalte si medium bodied, creamy, moderate carboantion, . Nice solid.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Kenneth. Pours clear brown with a small, creamy tan head. The nose has some ashy roast, cocoa, burnt pine. Light to medium sweet flavour with some floral hops, baking cocoa, more ash, orange, pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous in the finish, more bittersweet cocoa, ashy roast, orange peel. Decent gear.

Bottle thanks to Ken at L42. It pours opaque brown - black with a medium beige head. The aroma is piney fresh, bitter - sweet, cookie dough, rocky road, cocoa and toasty malt. The taste is dry, bitter, rich roasted malt, charred action, toasty, ashy, bitter pine, orange peel, zesty, dark fruits and dark chocoalte with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty solid stuff. Robust.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Hazy deep amber brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is airy and fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy dark malts, little cream and mild earthy roast. Nice mild spicy bitterness. Tangy fruits, mild orange and tangerine. Light spicy finish. Comes together well enough.
