500 ml bottle shared by csbosox at a tasting. The pour is golden orange, with a smaller off white head. The aroma has a lot going on, wood notes, citrus, earthiness, softly sweet malt and a bit of chalkiness. The taste starts with the citrus character, balanced and integrated with the mineral earthiness, and the wood carries the finish. Interesting, evolving flavors. The palate is medium to light bodied, lower carbonation and the citrus mineral finish. Very interesting beer. Thank for opening this one, Chris.

Bottle shared by Ryan. Awesome aroma and flavor. Really captures the wheaty essence of the style. Bright, sweet tart sour tones. All around excellent, but lacks the true mouthfeel. Still waaay better than most non Senne Valley examples.

Bottle shared by Neff, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour dry light fruits with a good amount of oak and a hint of menthol underlying. Flavor has dry light sour fruits and grass with a bit of hay and oak backing.
