I was really hoping this was one of the sour beers that had a significant hop profile that would shine through but it doesn't. The aroma is great with some perfumey funky something or other and that's the best part. Flavors are mainly tart with some residual sweet and a little bitter in the background it's not bad but the hoppy sim code that's promised is nowhere to be found. Great body and finish just no hop.

Bottle at Hundholmen, Bod. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma of horse, apricot, rowanberries, pepper, vinegar, lemon and fruity hops in the background. Sour flavour that is similar but with more lemon, vinegar and wheat in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Exciting aroma but the flavour is less complex. Balanced and fresh.

Decent sour, dull but gorgeous, offering up your standard grass/citric acid/tart berry notes of an unblended lambic with the slightest hints of leather and funk and a light but noticeable bitterness on the back end. Dry hopping adds a grapefruit quality to the finish, while subtle vanilla and pine round out the fade. Ultimately seems a tad lacking in depth, but it's drinkable enough, and the beautiful pour is a wonder to see: hazed gold with a firm, unending white head and near solid lacing. Perky, boisterous texture and light feel make for an easy-drinking pint. Good but forgettable.
