Hazy amber. Bubbly head. Aroma is fairly mellow. The taste is showing a little tartness, but mostly s touch of breadcrusty malt.

Bottle at Spillo, Palermo
Hazy amber color with small head. Very dry and quite bitter, but instead of the English yeast here there is more papery and a bit puckery malt, and a chicory bitterness in the final; the aroma is ok, the flavor is a bit penalized by that.
Not convincing.

33cl bottle @ Beer for Bunnies, Bologna. BB 30-06-2014. Cuivrée, col beige léger blanc cassé. Arôme est malté, grillé très léger avec un bouquet houblonné noble sur inspiration anglaise. Malt reste en retrait avec ici aussi une signature anglaise. Palais est légèrement amer, classique dans le style bitter anglais, pointe de biscuité fini sec avec une touche houblonnée dans un style EKG. Pas mal, mais pas la meilleure de chez Brewfist.

[10/17/13] Cask at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà in Rome. Slightly hazy copper-amber. Aroma of malt, earthy and citric hops. Flavor has some malt, mild sweetness, earthy, citric and slightly floral hops and some bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Leicht wässriger Antrunk mit geringer Bitterkeit. Frisch, leicht hopfig, erfrischend. Trotz der Milde aromatisch, weich bitterer Ausklang. 12/8/9/8//8

Tap at Bir & Fud, Roma, 21/06/13. Hazed dark amber with a mahoosive frothy tan head. Nose is pale malt, grass, light fruits, a little thin. Taste comprises malt, toffee, bread dough, fruits, more depth than the nose. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. Ok drinkable affair but not too exciting.

27/03/2013 Ma che siete venuti a fà (handpump). Ambrata, piuttosto torbida, schiuma biancastra morbida a bolle grossolane, poco persistente. Al naso leggero sentore metallico che sparisce pian piano, molto debole, il luppolo fatica a venir fuori. In bocca va un po’ meglio, è discretamente amara, peccato per la presenza eccessiva di lieviti che la rovina un po’. Corpo leggero, discreta beva. Un po’ troppo leggerina e "sporca", andrebbe rifinita.
