Clear brown with little beige head. Aroma is butter nuts syrup some pudding type notes. Taste is balanced sweet and bitter with carbonation induced sourness. Good nutty and pudding stuff. Slight spicy finish. Medium body. Not alcoholic. Not bad.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, and straw, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle@TTBS, Copenhagen - Dark Amber pour with white head. Sweet and toasted malty aroma and taste, some cocoa and caramel notes, thin body, pretty strange, not great.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grainy and toasted malt. Straw. Marcipan. Alcohol. Dry and toasted malt finish.

Flesje thuis gedeeld. Amber kleurig helder bier met weinig schuim. Aroma is er nauwelijks. Fruitig en moutig bier. Smaak ebt snel weg.

brilliant appearance of darker amber colour and one inch off-white head - and this is the only the pro, unfortunately; regarding cons: both the aroma and the taste is ’empty’ - there is only some maltiness, alcohol and maybe some minimal whisky notes - I don’t know why the hell it is categorized as Barley Wine...
