Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home on the terrace. [ As Cadolzburger Rote Weisse ].Hazy - murky matt medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, riped dark tropical fruit notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, wheat, yeasty, fruity, banana, dry, clove notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20140605]
