Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Red Session. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Damp grass on the nose, some lemon peel, too. Light sweet flavour with mellow pale bread, dirty hay, bitter lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. More dirty hay in the finish, with understated sweet pale malts. Eh, pretty average. Not a lot of brett expression.

A pale yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and tired hops, leading to a tart finish.

Golden, has a touch of brett with moderate bitterness. A bit light. With a bit more sweetness this would be good, and let the brett kick in a bit more, too.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Mild hoppy aroma. Starts spicy-malty, fine grasy-flowery, not too dry. Notes of lemon. Finish more dry, bitter background, fine fruity like lemon. Nice!

3rd May 2014
CBC Session 3. Hazy pale gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and mildly crisp, semi dry. Mild brett. Smooth light malt cream. Mild mild citrus. Finishes light. Pretty hop light but okay. I prefer it when Way follow their own Brazilian path rather than duplicating US styles.
