A full bodied stout made with local dark roasted coffee beans from our lovely friends at Kickback Coffee. We used Nicaragua beans grown on the Los Altiplanos farm in Jinotega. These bold and nutty beans are used in one of their house blends The Eclipse.

The beer is made with 6 different malts to build a complex malty, roasty character. Expect a crisp stout with strong earthy chocolate notes and fresh brewed coffee on the nose.
