Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the Bottle Shop IIRC (RIP). Pours clear orange-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Nicely rounded, some dry, bread crust, mellow yeast expression, some citrus rind bitterness, grass, faint alcohol, cracked wheat, straw. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Subtly warming finish, dry, more dried bread crust. Enjoyable stuff.

Corked bottle. To celebrate 13000 ratings, 333 place ratings and 100 country ticks. Pinkish golden color. raspberry and vinous notes in the aroma with honey and lemon. Bretty soft bitter, oaky vinous flavor. Dry. Oaky with hints of raspberry. Citrus and sourness. Complex enough, but remains shy.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy to macropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty, floral fruity and slightly vinous aroma, notes of bubblegum, fermenting yellow stone fruit, berries, woody, oaky overtones. Taste is sweet-ish malty, mildly bretty and fruity, hints of bubblegum, grapesugar, white grapes, a woody, oaky overtones with a vinous (red wine) touch. Nice.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Yeast, funk, light red fruit. Taste: Combination of lightly sour, light to moderate bitter and moderate sweet notes, each one fighting for domination but the sweet flavours win, most probably because of the red wine influences. Fruityness of blackberries and sweetish red grapes. Brett yeast, funk, hints of wood. Fruity bitterness, funk and very lightly booze hints at finish. Medium to just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice one.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Hazed yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is tangy citric shreds, light oak, red berry notes, modest brett. Taste comprises damp straw, funk, red grape must, red berry tang, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok ... expected more.

37.5cl bottle from Être Gourmet. Smooth fruity nose. The beer starts very soft and round. Not too deep with quite watery hints. The fruit is there, round and fresh. Nice funk and horse blanket, round and mild. The taste is full and fruity but the body is a bit weak - especially for this ABV. Tart sour bitter in the end, the wood is there, dry earthy blackberries, hints of alcohol in the back. Nice brew, but not as full-bodied or rich as the Belgium ones.
