Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak buttery hints. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown, small tan head. Fruity and light wineous. Overripe fruity, light spiced, mild acidic and wineous. Vague acetone note.plums and raisins. Lingering dry and citric finish.

Draft. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of butter, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, butterscotch, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. Weird, wonder if this is how it is meant to be.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Oxbow Saison Noel ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, buttery, butterscotch. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, fruity, caramel, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [4/30/14] Draught at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. Deep red-amber color. Aroma of butter, cherries, berries, some funk, oak and malt. Sourish flavor with a bit of butter, lactic notes and fruitiness. Medium-bodied. More buttery as it gets warmer. Started as 3.4, lowered it to 3.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, shared with Skinnyviking. Dissipating white head. Ruby-red body with a slight haze. Smell of dry and tart berries. Tart fruits and berries added by a touch of brown malts. Suggestions of cinnamon spices as well. Sweet and tart ending. Hidden alcohol.Okay (Copenhagen 30.04.2014).

12oz pour at Of Love and Regret. Hazy copper amber with some filmy off white head. Nose is spicy, nutty, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, malt, brown bread, dried fruit. Flavor is sweet, dried fruit, spice. Full but dry finish.

Draft at ChurchKey. Dark clear maroon brown color, bright tan edge head. Aroma of cocoa and subtle coffee grounds. Taste is slighty funky coffee. Decent.
