Draft only
This Imperial Stout was brewed to be blended with our Bourbon Barrel Stock for each of our 2024 series. This release represents the base beer with no barrel character. It has a higher emphasis on the roasted malts, along with a more bitter finish making it quite sessionable. We adjusted our water profile to provide an extremely rich and full mouthfeel, while retaining a slightly drier body than some of our other Imp. Stouts. Reference from Twin Peaks.
