Bottle thanks to SlackerMads during the IoW Jolly. It pours clear golden-amber with a tiny white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, mild floral, juicy citrus, waxy and a touch of spice. The taste is crisp, lightly bitter, some sweetness, grainy, citrus peel, pepper and light resin with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty easy going stuff.

Bottle. Dark orange. Foamy, off-white head. Slightly burned aroma, with coriander, hay and grass. Well-balanced taste and aftertaste, with citrus bitterness.

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Amber pour with a small off-white head. Sweet malts, yeast and a little citrus present in the nose. Flavour was a bit thin, pale malts, grassy hop, and a slight minerally quality.. Drinkable but didn’t rock my world.

Hazy amber beer with a few cream coloured bubbles trying to be a head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light malt base. Nice floral fruits. Orange and tangerine. Goes well with minerally crispness. Light finish. A little thing but refreshing and pleasant.

Huddersfield Beer Festival. Bubble-gum aroma but less stated in taste, however it remains sweet. Golden with a small head.

330ml bottle. Cloudy orangey dark golden colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Yeasty aroma has a touch of Frankfurter sausage water that reminds me of "La Vermontoise". Taste is slightly watery, floral hoppy, floral yeasty, again with this special ’Wurstwasser’ touch. Strange brew.

Looks, smells and tastes like a wheat beer. Some wheat beers are less like a wheat beer than this. So, if you like a wheat beer....
