Our pilot program continues to deliver unique flavor experiences to our taproom. November is the start of our Walrus-themed Stout season at the brewery and we planned to release three new experiments in our milk stout series.
Baby Walrus #1 used our base milk stout recipe and incorporated Candy Cap Mushrooms. This has given the beer a hearty umami note with taste reminiscent of sweet maple in addition to the classic velvety mouth-feel of our Milk Stouts.
