[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 1st session. Pale yellowish golden. Aroma of lactobacillus and some watermelon. Sourish flavor, lactic, with some graininess and quite a bit of watermelon. Light-bodied. Cool.

tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - golden pour with a white head. Fruity sour and floral, wheaty, yeasty, tart on the palate. Ok.

Draught at CBC 2014. Clear hay yellow liquid with a small white head. Aroma of watermelon, lemon, grain and bread. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of watermelon and lemon. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Draft @ CBC 2014. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity sour watermelon aroma. Fruity sour acidic flavor with hints of watermelon. Has a fruity sour acidic watermelon finish.

Taster, draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, first session. Pale golden body, filmy layer. Mid-tart lemony hops on the nose. Citrus tartness to the flavour profile, yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Medium bodied. Refreshing and satisfying, not great though (02.05.2014).

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 1. Pours clear, pale yellow with a white foam head. Decent stuff overall, fresh and clean. Maybe a bit young, with notes of biscuits and cereal. Very mild acidity. Musty. Faint berry sugars. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleansing finish with mellow tartness. So so.

Tap cbc cloudy yellow small white head. Mild candy and faint rubber aroma. Flavor is quitec Complex quite sour also batteries notes like pepper.
