Bottle @ RBBWG 2015 shared by beerlover_ben. Hazy orange color with quite a lot of yeast residu floating in it, small white head. Smell and taste sourish, sour plums, very balanced. Wow. Not a gusher AND very tasty? Is this a real alvinne? Gotta admit, this is very good indeed.

Bouteille 50cl split 2 ways with Sarro. BB 12/2019, batch# 736. Ambrée légèrement trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet agréable au niveau du fruité avec une prune un peu plus forcée donnant un bouquet de purée. Le tout est renforcé par une note malté assez conséquente qui parallèle un fruité rouge modéré venant de la prune mais aussi de la barrique. Petite note aigrelette en rétro-nasal avec cette signature typique de Morpheus. Palais est léger, fruité et assez épais encore une fois par les notes de grains et de malts. On note un peu le côté boisé de la barrique avec un profil vin rouge qui reste un peu en retrait et fonctionne peut-être moins bien avec la capacité de sucre de la prune.

Nearly no head, UFO’s in suspension, even surface floaters; fully hazy red-ochre beer. Sourish, fruity, lactic acid, wood. Faint mineral to salty hint. Fruit (lemon and unripe strawberry, maybe unripe plum), and mild acids (lactic,...) Quite dry, obviously, seems well-attenuated, hence light body, fruit-filled. Despite the dead visual aspect, lively carbonation in the mouth. Slight dry-out effect. Typical Morpheus-yeast ale, enhanced by the fruit.

Looks like plum juice. Pink, reddish with haze. Almost no head at all. Smells of lemon and watermelon and duh, plums. Well, it’s certainly sour. Dry with a lot of white grapes maybe some banana oak for sure and plum. Tartness is restrained but more than I prefer. Lemon lime as well

Thanks to AdamJackson! Good sample from a 500 ml. bottle. No problems when opening, nice. Dark rd fruity amber. Nose is hugely fruity, juicy plum, fresh, lots of fruit here. Thick fruity taste, incredibly easy to drink, light funk in the back, mellow, berries, faint jam, drinks like a champ. This is pure fruit. Amazing really overall. Impressive.

Hazy reddish orange beer, small irregular grapefruit pink head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: wild funky, fruity, sourish, lemony. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, vinegar, lemony, little bitter, unripe plums, slightly bitter, some apple skin, funky. Aftertaste: sourish, apple skin, dry, bit funky, quite some tannins.
