Aroma of sour fruits, red berries, brandy, oak, candy, caramel. Flavour is nicely sour and light sweet. Just great, well-balanced and nicely flavoured sour beer.

Bottle. Very dark, nice fine head, red wine sour nose. Flavor is very sour/acidic forward. Some dark chocolate/coffee notes are in the background with a bit of umami. Quite a serious sour edge to this one, but tasty if you are up to the challenge.

Brown colour, practically no head at all, only some minimal beige-ish lacing; aroma of dried cherry soaked into alcohol, red wine, some dark chocolate, acetic acidy and Woody-tannine-like notes; taste is dominated by acetic sourness with sour cherry, citric acid, red wine, and Woody notes; quite unique beer
