At Maakun’s. Bottle shared by Maakun. Clear dark brown. Balsamico, wet old wood, grape pits, woodglue. Strong sour. Medium body, very light carbonation. Nice but a bit overwhelming sourness, woodiness and little else.

Bottle shared at home. Deep reddish brown with barely any head. Lots of sour berries, blackcurrant, light oxidized notes, soft dry herbs, overripe fruits. Mostly a lot of sour fruits, with some dry chalky notes and a bit of flour. Over medium sour, with very light bitter. Medium bodied with puckering feel and soft carbonation.

Brown color, minimal and quickly diminishing off white head. Aroma has notes of barrel, sourness and winous. Flavor is mild sourish, notes of red fruits with toasted malts. Fruitness in the final with some acidic mouthfeel.
