Mörk lager är en matvänlig ölstil som tyvärr blivit mindre vanlig på sistone. Det vill Svenne ändra på!

Doften är knäckig med inslag av sirap, surdegsbröd, malt och en uppfriskande citruston. Smaken är relativt torr med inslag av pumpernickel, nötter, choklad och rostad malt.

Passar till det svenska smörgårsbordets alla fröjder, såväl vid jul som påsk. Även till husmanskost, gärna salta eller rimmade rätter.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in December 2013. Clear amber with a large head. Roasted malt, nuts, caramel, bread and some notes of soap. Drinkable but nothing exciting.

Bottle. Pours a dark slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

330ml Bottle - Copper coloured. Raisins, sultanas and spicy malt in the aroma. Nutty, fruity and malty taste with walnuts, caramel and raisins detected.

Bottled. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Mild floral nose. Dry and crisp with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Gentle but firm doughy malt, balanced floral hops. Mid bitter finish. Well balanced and moreish. Another realy good lager from Jädraås!
