This India Pale Ale (IPA) is an aggressive wee beast that is dedicated to our friend Joseph Wood of Liberty Brewing and to all those hopheads who love drinking IPA day in, day out. Just as the term digital is all about zeroes and ones, the concept of IPA is all about malts and hops. Enjoy the rich golden malt backbone of Digital while you can... then feel it closing in as the fruity Motueka-grown hops dominate your palate and don’t ever fade away. IPA as it should be.

Tap@Fementoren (Yeastie Boys TTO) - Amber pour with a white head and lacing. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of caramel, some grapefruit and tangerine, medium body, solid resinous bitter hoppy finish. Lovely old school IPA! --- Beer merged from original tick of Digital IPA (2015 - current) @dylanadmin1 on 26 Mar 2025 at 07:28 - Score: 7. Original review text: Solid old School IPA

Can from Tesco My first NZ beer! Yay! Pours hazy yellow with white head. Fresh citruses with tangerine and mango on nose. The same with more dominant tangerine bit supports medium bitter and quite hoppy beer. Lovely. Thank you Tesco!

Can from tesco. Nose is sweet grass, orange, citrus, corn. Palate is very bitter (even though this has a best before of October [no ipa could make it that far...], if this made its way from new Zealand it can't be fresh anyway), a bit of burnt hops, a bit of bitter orange, sweet and bitter finish. I feel like this was quite good once.

From can on board Fridtjofen 28.05.18. Hazy golden, white head and lacing. Absolutely excellent aroma and taste of lemon, lime, bitter grapefruit, mandarins, succade and mango. Citrus and solid bitterness is lingering on. Very quaffable.
