beautiful appearance of dark amber colour with slight reddish hue, huge, creamy and long lasting beige-ish head; aroma of toasted rye bread, some plum jam and roasted nutes; bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; really good amber lager

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is very subdued, with bready malt and toasted caramel. Flavour is on the sweet side, with bready malt, toasted caramel and light brown sugar. Somewhat sweet, with a dry bready malt base. Decent.
