(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly bready malty aroma with hints of butter and a tinge of caramel, accompanied by mildly grassy hops. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly bready and buttery malt character with herbal and grassy hoppy spice from the middle part; bitter-sweet finish with grassy hops and buttery, slightly oxidised malt. Decent. 29.VI.14

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Clear light golden with a moderate white covering that thins to a pond. Nose is pale malts, grassy, light citric notes, orchard woodyness. Taste follows with a little more citric panache. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty so avec so but drinkable none the less.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma has lots of spent grains, some butterscotch, caramel and a little piney hint. It’s semi dry and pleasantly carbonated on the palate, with lots of wet cardboard. Some spent grains and a fruity hint, a little bitterness towards the very end. Sure not very pleasant one. 140228
