On tap at Craft Covent Garden. Hazy red amber colour. Collar of beige bubbles. Saison soap aroma. Some sweet malt some spice from the rye. Ken said rosemary which I guess at a stretch is there. Bit soapy in the mouth. Not sure the rye goes well with the saison yeast. Makes it heavy. Decent aroma. The flavour verges on the medicinal. Not good.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy, reddy amber. Thick, lasting, off white head. Jammy, fruity, and spicy. Light, saison yeast character. Taste is spicy dry, followed by a big, punchy bitterness, that sits a bit uneasy. More spiciness on the palate. That big bitterness at the end.

Keg @ Port Street Beer House. Pours hazy copper with creamy off-white head. A fair dose of bitterness behind a malty, spicy rye character, some floral fruitiness with a soft yeasty influence. Enjoyable but just a touch too bitter for me.
