Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are coriander, herbs, wheat malt, citrus and hops.

0.75l swing cap bottle. Lovely looking big fluffy slowly fading white heffeweiz head on top of a bright cloudy orange body. Looks really good this, and it smells just as nice. Lots and lots of sweet eastery ripe banana and wheat tones with a little bit of flour and smoke? Smells nice. It's just where it should be on the carbonation and light oily in the mouth. Again something light smoked and beefy in between all those wheaty and sweet banana notes. A bit spicy as well, and I get little bit of public swimming pool locker room in here as well. Ends of with a minty spicy toothpaste flavor that's lingering in to the finish and aftertaste. A little bit of white licorice as well. Decent, not something I have to try again but definitely decent. 25.09.2013

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff des-13: et snev av røykmalt i aromaen? Mye nellik. En god og smaksrik hveteøl, iflg. mine tyske venner ved bordet. Lang ettersmak. Kunne vært fristet til å prøve denne en annen gang, men synes at den er sterkt overpriset på polet i forhold til andre hveteøl i samme %-segment.

Cloudy grey-yellowish. Sour weissbieraroma. Persistent white head. Some aroma of bananas. Similar taste, with hints of coriander.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head, but doesn’t really look like a wit. Aroma has much of the same sweet spicyness and strange saltyness as the Ale, but also some dried fruits to it. But not even close to being a wit. Taste is wheat, hay, yeast, clove, weeds, grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh dry mouthfeel. Not even close to beeing a wit, so boring!

750ml swing-top bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika. A gusher – all over the bathroom floor. Very good shot when opened, noisy foam. Apricot coloured body with a light wheaty haze. Airy, white head. Spiced sweet fruity nose. Flavours of sweet orange and ripe banana on a wheaty backbone, lightly spiced. Mild bittersweet endnotes. Respectable version of the style (hotel room, Oslo 03.09.2013).
