330ml bottle drunk in the middle of a frozen Prestvannet Lake, Tromso admiring the Northern Lights. Straight from the bottle so no comment on appearance. Aroma of pale malts. Nice kolsch taste, perhaps more crisp and hoppy than expected. Not bad and suited the moment.

Flaske delt med Ovesen mens vørteren kjølner: uklar gulbrun med storboblet skum. Krydderpreget aroma. Smak av overmodne bananer, citrus og krydder. Mer smak i denne enn en del andre kölsch jeg har prøvd. Litt underkarbonert, så den blir fort flat, men ettersmaken er allikevel rund og beholder sin personlighet.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 25.04.15. Cloudy straw colour. Bright, white head with large bubbles. Aroma of bananas, coriander and sweet marmelade. Similar taste, with some pale malt. Unfreshness of Kölsch combined with freshness of American hops. Low caronation.
