Antidote is the fruit of a collaboration between the Danish brewery Amager Bryghus and the French “compositeur de saveurs” (composer of flavour) Akim T. Made from wild eldeflower gathered in the French Alps region, this version of a Rye Pale Ale, brewed in limited quantities, highlights noble cereals such as rye combined cleverly to the different aromas and flavors of elderflower.

Bottle 500ml (PBF IX)
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Flowery, citrusy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, elderflower in the flavor. Short citrus hoppy finish. Somewhat simple and not so interesting but wellbrewed as always from Amager.
