Antidote is the fruit of a collaboration between the Danish brewery Amager Bryghus and the French “compositeur de saveurs” (composer of flavour) Akim T. Made from wild eldeflower gathered in the French Alps region, this version of a Rye Pale Ale, brewed in limited quantities, highlights noble cereals such as rye combined cleverly to the different aromas and flavors of elderflower.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of peaches, citrusy hops, and crisp malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, peaches, and citrusy hops, leading to a softly bitter finish. The body is light.
