12 oz bottle courtesy Ratman and his cellar. Nose is tartness, red wine, woodiness, with hints of brett and vanilla. Burgundy red with a light tan head. Flavor is lightly tart, dry Cabernet Sauvignon, wood, hints of fermenting grapes, a very lightly funky note. Super smooth and silky to drink.

Bottle - Red grape and soured caramel. Cloudy copper with a decent beige frothy head. Soured red grape and long fruity finish.

12oz bottle pours out rusty color with a sma head. Nose is cherries oak barrel and some spice. Tatse is more of the nice sweet cherries some or chili peppers sour .

Bottle courtesy of BeerandBlues2, a huge thanks, and a welcome change after a week in Germany. Hazy deep amber maroon color, tan edge head. Aroma has vinous vanilla, cherry, plum. Taste is fruity port wine, lots of barrel, vanilla, tannins. Really delicious.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy reef brown with no real head. Aromas of sherbety funk, red wine, barrels. Taste is red grape, musty, woody. Sweet sherbety finish. Odd, but good.

Bottle thanks to Rick. Pours a cloudy amber with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong funk, wood, and grape. Medium mouthfeel with nice tartness, oak, funk, dry finish. Very good.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Avery Barrel-Aged Series 11 - Recolte Sauvage ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, berry, wood, caramel, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet candy, sweet malt, sweet wine - cherry, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140217]
