On tap at the brewpub. Almost black coloured, medium sized pale beige head, mild smoked pancetta in the nose. Toasted malt, light smoke, notes of smoked pancetta and cheese with mild vinous touch in the finish.

In der Nase wie ein Malzbier. Im Trunk röstig, süß, Schokolade. Kein Schinken! Sehr süffig, definitiv sehr lecker, aber eher ein Porter.
