Sampled from 0.33 l can from local 'LIDL' at 4.7% abv, canned in December 2018. Clear, pale golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy and a little floral aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy taste of mainly grains, some corn and a bit of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly watery and a bit skunky finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very bland, not very tasty as well.

Can in the Skyserve lounge, Athens airport, 11/02/19. Clear golden with a well presented white cap. Nose is pale malts, corn, grassy, cereals, hint of paper. Taste comprises pale malts, cereals, toasted grains, residual sugars, corn. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

330 ml bottle into lager glass; bottled on 6/6/2018, best before 6/2019. Pours crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. A touch of fruity/skunky aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malts and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness of pale malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a delicious Euro pale lager. All around nice robustness of pale malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great clean pils malt showcase, with nice earthy noble hop presence/balance for the style. A very enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Total Wine & More, Danvers. Appearance is perfectly clear golden yellow with tons of sparkle, less-than-finger width off-white foamy head with decent retention and light, soapy lace. Aroma is skunk, metallic, cardboard, European hops, cracker, whiff of vinegar. Taste is sweet, almost fruity malts, metallic, cardboard, flavorless soda cracker. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, perhaps I should have just looked at it all evening, as it does have a great appearance. What complexity there is in the aroma is a collection of undesirable smells. Fortunately, the taste leaves some of that behind. Overcarbonated. Not disgusting as to be a drain pour but definitely one and done. If this is one of the top three beer brands in Greece, the Greeks are missing out.
