Really dark brown color with a big frothy tan head. Solid lacing. Weird and a bit unpleasant aroma. Medium body and quite rich carbonation. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Flavor…ehhh my goodness this was really BAD. Wort malty, toffee, cooked vegetables and herbal. Must have been something wrong with this one. Undrinkable.

Bottle. Almost black with brown. Aroma: dark roasted malt (or barley), caramel. Taste: a bit watery with a slight sweetness and sour from roasted barley, a little sweet.

Bottle. Light and sweet with a touch of smoke. Notes of chocolate and burned syrup. Drinkable.

330 ml bottle. Almost clear, dark amber body with a pale beige head. Aroma has dark malt, chocolate, acidic berries with a hint of wood. Flavor is not particular sweet malt, chocolate, slightly acidic berries and low bitterness. Medium to thin bodied with a light aftertaste. Drinkable but not much more.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear deep, dark brown with a beige head. Roasty aroma. Medium body, roasty, dry with quite some malty bitterness. Not bad. 270315

330ml bottle from Systembolaget Kiruna, via djoeye. Two-finger sized fawn-coloured head, slowly diminishing over a very dark ruby tinged body. Mild aroma of earth, chocolate and dried fruits. Mixed taste profile including brittle caramel, chocolate and dark bread. Easy to drink. Pretty nice (Tromsø 14.02.2015).

Dark amber with light brown head - Nice malt aroma with hints of roasted malt - Good malt body with hints of roasted malt and caramel with some hops and bitterness in the back - The roasted malt goes into the finish - This was nice

Flaske 330ml fra Systembolaget, Kiruna. Drukket under nyttårsmiddag i Skibotn 31 Des 14. Svart. Lavt skum. Aroma av røstet malt. Smaken er sjokolade & vanilje. Litt i søtligste laget. Minner mer om en porter enn en dunkel. Tabbe å drikke denne til middagen. Burde ventet til desserten.
