In the late 2000’s we created a beer to celebrate all the best of summer - baseball, beach days, and barbecues. Today, that beer has grown into the most iconic seasonal beer ever and the official craft beer of summer - Summer Love. Summer Love is a refreshing Golden Ale that delivers big flavor through its fine balance of clean pilsner malts and citrusy, earthy Simcoe and Tettnang hops.

Bottle from Drinkmonger. Crystal clear golden body with a fluffy white head. Steady carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of grass, herbs and muted lemon notes. Flavour is grassy and floral with a peppery finish. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. I reckon fruity hops and a lower ABV makes for a better ’summer beer’. This bottle was 5.2% ABV.
