[ As Kongebryg XII Frederik Den 6. ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, herbs, flowers, light elderflowers. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden colour with an amber tint. Huge, off-white head. Bread aroma with grains, fruits, caramel malts and hay. Taste is sweet - more convincing than aroma. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes sweet with bread and grains.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malts, light plastic, fruit pangs, a little rough. Taste picks up a little comprising bready malts, orange, yeasty tones, pinch of spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. So so.

Bottle. A big, creamy, off-white head forms over an almost clear dark golden body. The aroma has a faint flowery touch, with pale malts, generic fruityness and some citrus. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with pale malts in the back. Citrus peel and a generic fruityness. Dry and full-bodied, a bit too carbonated on the palate. Lasting citrusy and bitter finish. Pretty pleasant this one, quenching and easy drinkable. 140228
