Bottle 0.33l from the brewery. Cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- pleasant alcohol, plums, apple, yeast, touch of bubble gum, hops. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, a bit tart, lightly warming, plums, apple, spicy and floral hops. Fuller bodied. Delicious.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown, small tan head. Aroma is overripe fruity. Brown banana. Sweet, sugarish. Overripe fruity. Lingering sweet and fruity finish.

330 ml bottle bought at Die Weisse brewpub.
Brownish-copper, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, beige bead.
Aroma of ripe and dried fruits, sour fruits like green apples and citrus, lemongrass, spices, some banana, bread, some marzipan.
Tastes of ripe and dried fruits, ripe banana, marzipan, sweet bread, again some sour fruits like apples and pears, spices.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes quite dry, a bit alcohol warming, spicy, fruity, malty, slightly sour, with subtle hops.

Tasty. Unique stuff, with a very interesting combination of a marzipan like maltiness, spices, sweet fruits and even sour fruits, which fit very well. Not sure if the sour notes are intended, but I really like them. My favourite beer from this brewery so far.

330ml flip-top bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. BB 05/2016. redish / brown color, small off-white head. smells sour, fruity, green apples, citric, light spices, thyme. nice smell, not sure if the sourness is on porpose. full body, soft carbonation, oily mouthfeel. tastes sweet, also sourish, fruits, banana, oranges, apples, spices, a bit astringent, light alcohol, marzipan notes. finishes with fruits, sweetness and some (sweet) spices. lovely beer, the sour notes are surprising, but more apparent on the smell, taste is rather nicely balanced between sweet and sourness. its sweet, but not sticky. overall very good.

Bottle @ Die Weisse, Salzburg. Pours hazy dark golden with a small head. Spritzy and alcoholic.Crazy sweet esters and banana. Waauw!

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top.Hazy matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, riped fruit, moderate to light heavy yeasty, banana, phenol, yeast, clove, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, yeasty, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv hefig fruchtig, Geschmack sehr hefig, fruchtig, bananig, leicht würzig, leicht alkoholisch.
