Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, bread and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits, little nuts and hops.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Ed. Pours a clear dark copper color with a large white head. A dusty malty nose. The flavor is sweet and malty with some toffee, odd bitterness in the brew, earthy. Very mellow. Not bad.

on tap-pours an off white head and amber color. Aroma is mild sweet light/medium malt, earthy. Taste is sweet light/medium malt, earthy hops bite.

A red copper ale with a thin off white head. A light caramel aroma. A good malty base with crisp german hops, and nutty notes. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 2007.

Very bright copper colour. Some caramel/diacetyl on the nose. Toasty palate with an off-dry finish. Not terribly alt-like, just a functional if slightly dull amber.

On-Tap at the Brewery Sparks NV, Pours out a nice amber topped with a white head. A little sweet along with some grain on this one. A little hop but not very much.
