Oranssinpunaiseen vivahtava väri ja marjaisen maukas hedelmäinen maku tekevät Blueberry Alesta kesäisen juhlaoluen. Ripsakka humalointi raikastaa ja kuivattaa oluen tuoden sen hienoon mustikkaiseen aromiin ripauksen mustaherukan lehteä.

Copper colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a little sweet malt. Just a little note of floral blueberry. Not a bad flavour just a little bit weak.

Hailakanruskea, hieman punertavaan kallellaan oleva utuisen samea olut melko keskiverrolla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa selvästi mustikkaa, samoin maltaista makeutta. Maussakin mustikka selvästi aistittavissa, samoin yrttinen ja kuivattava humalointi pienellä maltaisella makeudella höystettynä. Aika kuiva ja kevyen mustikkainen kokonaisuus. Melko hiilihappoinen, eikä liian makea, joten ihan kiva ja raikas, hieman vichymäinen yleisilme.

Il gusto al naso è dichiaratamente di mirtillo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini e bassa carbonazione ha una discreta resistenza. L’aspetto del liquido è chiaro. Le bollicine sono fini, a carbonazione abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L’aroma alla lingua e di dolce medio e amaro leggero, cui si aggiunge una punta acidula. L’intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è lungo, pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l’aroma riporta una nota fruttata.

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Pours golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light hops, light fruit, blueberry. Flavor is malt, yeast, rather bitter light stale hops, wood, blueberry. The bitterness and the fruit dont mix well. Medium body, average carbonation. 150715

Dark golden, moderate hazy body, with a big, frothy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of grains, sweet malts, some fruits.
Tastes of grains, bread, citrus, herbs, some honey, only subtle blueberry notes (if you know it).
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, grainy, a bit herbal.
OK. Unfortunately not much blueberries noticeable, much more a standard blond ale, which isn’t bad though.

330ml bottle, many thanks to Finn. Clear amber coloured body. Frothy, off-white head reduced to a stable layer. Spotty lacing to the glass. Moderate smell of blueberry on a backbone of earthy malts. Quite nicely blended taste of blueberry, fruity hops, and mild malty sweetness. Mid-sweet ending. Medium bodied. Refreshing and pretty nice (shared with Edit at home, Tromsø 07.11.2014).

330ml Bottle - Amber with a small head. Caramel, blueberry and blackcurrant in the aroma. Fruity and moderately sweet taste with blueberry, bubblegum and toffee. Not bad, but a bit sickly after a while.

Flaske 355ml fra Kilpishalli. Gyldenbrun. Svakt uklar. Høyt tett skum som varer en stund. God bæraroma. Smaken er syrlige bær. Holder seg slik. OK - men litt kjedelig.

Flaska från en god vän. Tack där Tomas. En tydlig doft av nyplockade blåbär finns där. I bakgrunden ligger en antydan av cederträ. Blåbären återkommer i smaken. Beskan tar sedan över. Hade hoppats på lite syrlighet också.
