Pours orange with a small head. Aroma of bready malts, hints of berries. Taste is sweet and malty with notes of tart berries, artificial juicy notes. Finish is malty and bready. Unbalanced and messy.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2013. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is blueberries, mild floral notes as well as some sweet malts. Flavour is blueberries, some floral and fruity notes along with some sweet maltiness. Big time blueberries in the aftertaste.

(Keg at SOPP’13, 20130725) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had blueberries, malts and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were blueberries, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had blueberries and bitterness. A nice blend of beer and blueberries.

Aroma has bilberries, some harsh malt and distant sewer notes. Flavour is sweetish with grainy malt, some harsh bilberry notes and hay. Also a feeling of roggen porridge with bilberries added. At the end of the glass I get a feeling of the battle of bilberries and grainy malt. I wonder who won?
