Draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen
Black color, small head. Mild aroma. The maltiness comes out quite well, with light residual sweetness and light roasted malt presence; it should be less carbonated; correct bitterness; warming feeling despite the low alcohol.
Nice.

Bottle. As Baltic Porter. It pours an almost clear body, brown in color and with a small, beige head. The aroma has some roasted malts, coffee and chocolate, with a faint touch of dried fruits and wet cardboard. It’s full-bodied and very soft on carbonation, with some warmth from the alcohol. Dried fruits, roasted malts and some coffee in the flavor. Sweet, roasted finish, yet it feels dry. A nice bitterness towards the very end. Starts pretty boring this one, but turns out to be quite nice. 140118
