At Drink Baar. Thin, low carbonation. Pretty sweet, I would say more than medium. Light tartness. Nice real apple character, but a bit too simple to balance the sweetness. Average.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, apple, some core, caramel hint, acidic note and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Biab at the rising sun, Gunnislake. A clear yellow green coloured pour with no head. Aroma is crisp and tart, some white sugars, grape. Clean tart apple, light bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, white sugars, clean apple juice, tart tannin. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, mellow carbonation. Nice.

Bag in a box at Benny’s Cask Ale Pub. Clear golden. Pleasant aroma of apples, funk, light sulphur touch. Flavor is somewhat tart, slightly sweetish, with juicy apples, oak, some funk, dry finish. Very nice and refreshing.

Keg dispensed @ White Lion, Heptonstall. Clear straw-yellow coloured Cider. Crisp with a small dryness in its aftertaste. Not too sweet but its apple is flavoursome and potent.

Polybox @ The Castle Inn, West Lulworth - The permanent Dorset Cider Festival. Clear, straw yellow body with no head. Mild apple aroma. Flavor is medium sweet, mild apple, light acidity. Medium body and easy in aftertaste. Nice and refreshing, a bit plain maybe but very nice in the heat.
