Polybox @ The Castle Inn, West Lulworth - The permanent Dorset Cider Festival. Clear, straw yellow body with no head. Mild apple aroma. Flavor is medium sweet, mild apple, light acidity. Medium body and easy in aftertaste. Nice and refreshing, a bit plain maybe but very nice in the heat.

Bag-in-the-box at The Globe, King’s Lynn, simply as Sheppy’s Farmhouse Cider
Golden color with small frothy head. The aroma of apples lightly sour. Smooth, with light residual sweetness well complemented by light vinegary acidity; mild flavor of apple juice too.
Very pleasant.

From the barrel at the Apple, Bristol 19/06/09. Deep gold with next to no carbonation. At the sweet end of the spectrum, with some decent fruit and a hint of tartness in the finish. Ok.
