Keg at the OCH, 25/05/17. Clear golden with a well appointed white cap. Nose is bready, grains, straw, light lemon lick, hay. Taste comprises bready malts, straw, light citric strokes, lemon drizzle, cereal backnotes. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow hop tang. Solid lager, kind of a Helles hybrid affair with light hopping.

Keg at the Old Coffee House - London. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds crispy cereal, some pale grains, straw. Light sweet flavour with further grainy pale bread, busy its, crunchy hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes of biscuits, hay, dried white bread. So so.

Keg at Old Coffee House. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The aroma is soft, mellow sweetness, white bread, sponge cake, cereal, toasty grain and touch of musty fart. The taste is crisp, clean, dry, grassy, soft white bread malt base, straw, bit floral, waxy lemon peel and a touch of spice. Finish is firm and dry. Medium body and moderate, effervescent carbonation. Really well rounded and very drinkable. A well made lager in my opinion.

Lots of cereal malt notes. Clean. Dry finish. Easy-slammer. Hey and lemons. Descent.
