When I was a young boy my father took me into the city, to see a delightfully tart raspberry wheat beer. He said "son, when you grow up will you be a refreshing, gently sour fruit beer with a complex body and a generous amount of raspberry puree?" He said "Will you defeat them? Your demons, and all the non-believers, the beers that they have made?"

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Reddish orange pour with a light pink head. Nose is raspberry, red cherries, strawberry jam. Taste is raspberry jam, red cherries, strawberry sherbet. Tart red fruits in the aftertaste. Very dry.
