Gylden brun noe tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter syrlige røde bær og noe nøtter. Søt smak, bringebær, med noe bittrrhet og en del krydder.

0.5l bottle from Meny Oslo City. It clearly smells like a Christmas ale this. In the glass it has a deep dark brown colored, not black at all more murky-ish. It also has a big bright ideas lacing head. Really nice chocolaty aromas here, cocoa and mild vanilla-ish spices. Yeah, I kinda like it. Slightly acidic flavors. It's mild oily in the mouth and it had a soft prickling carbonation level. Again, mild chocolate in the taste. Not overly spicy in any way but it has a mild cardamom hint. Yeah, moreish and quite good. I'll be having this again someday. 23.05.2014

Nice slightly bubbly longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, caramel malts, spices, broth, dark sugar, dried fruits, wet grain. Taste is slightly sweet grainy, caramel malts, grass, chocolate, wet grain, hay, burnt caramel, spices. Medium bitterness, a little thin body. Fair enough.
